As a child, I watched a lot of cartoons and would imagine the characters doing things different from what was happening on TV. Sometimes, I’d picture confrontations between characters from different series. That’s how I began wanting to tell stories—starting with existing characters, and later moving on to develop my own.

This is the omnibus edition of my *The GAMER Program* trilogy. The goal is to combine all three books into a single volume, with adjustments to the pacing and a structure optimized for a linear reading experience. It is a work of military science fiction about video gamers who are recruited to confront a threat they are already well-acquainted with from the virtual world. Although everything in the book takes place in the real world—there are no LitRPG elements here.

I write to give voice to the unknown--to give that which we cannot see a tangible voice and body.

My latest book is a project I change frequently--not because I don't write often but because I am always writing.

I began writing while I was still at school. My first published work concerned nature conservation and cultural heritage; stories and poetry followed. My mother gave me my love of reading and writing. In 1994, my first romantic adventure book appeared in a small edition. Writing has remained part of my life ever since.

I write romantic suspense and science fiction, but both bring me back to choices and their consequences. MANGO explores love, loss, and identity. The Consent Chronicles asks questions about memory, freedom, and consent. I am interested in the boundary between helping someone and taking control of their future, and in what makes a decision truly their own.

I was originally an academic, teaching at first rate Japanese universities, then branching out into writing textbooks. As educational publishers are notoriously poor at graphics and photography, I submitted my own photographs to supplement each chapter in textbooks. My extensive travels throughout Japan gave me the opportunity to photograph anf write about many varied places, particularly Japanese gardens, which is my specialty.

World Heritage Japan covers all of the Japanese UNESCO sites, including the Intangible culturl assets of Japan such as Noh Theatre, Kabuki, Japanese cuisine etc.

My journey into writing began with poetry. Writing became a way for me to express thoughts and emotions that I sometimes found easier to put on paper than to say aloud. Love, relationships, disappointment, hope, personal experiences, and simply observing life around me all became sources of inspiration. My first two books, Once, Twice, Three Times a Charm and So Many Things Mean Love, reflected that early stage of my journey. Poetry gave me a voice. But as I grew, my writing grew with me. I began to realize that words could do more than express emotions—they could encourage, educate, challenge, inspire, and perhaps even help someone through a difficult season of life. That realization eventually led me beyond poetry into personal development, memoir, and safety education. Although the subjects of my books have changed over the years, the purpose behind my writing has remained consistent: I want my words to mean something to the person reading them.

My latest published book is The Safety Blueprint: A Comprehensive Guide to Protecting Yourself and Others. This book is particularly meaningful to me because it brings together two important parts of my life—my work as a fire safety professional and my passion for educating and empowering people. Over the years, I have seen how much difference knowledge, preparation, and awareness can make when an emergency occurs. That experience inspired me to create something practical that could help ordinary people think differently about safety. The central message is that safety shouldn't begin when something goes wrong. It should be part of how we live, prepare, and make decisions every day. It also represents another stage in my evolution as an author. I started with poetry, moved into personal development with It Begins in the Mind: Empower Your Thoughts, explored my own experiences with love and heartbreak in Everyone Deserves Love: Finding Love After Multiple Heartbreaks, and then brought my professional experience into my writing through The Safety Blueprint. For me, each book represents a different part of who I am.

I think my children and their love of hearing me read or make up stories. I always wanted to have a legacy and in writing and publishing my book I have that.

My latest book is called the Blades of Time. A thriller set in modern day Scotland and 1944 Aberdeenshire.

After being a survivor of narcissistic abuse for over two decades all the stories that I kept in my head in order to maintain my sanity I decided to put them on paper. In the past my stories were stolen some burned and destroyed but I remembered the majority that was deep in me.

The Hybrid Air in Life takes readers on a journey into a world where science, mystery, and the impossible collide as a young hybrid discovers that his existence is connected to forces far beyond what he could have imagined. As he learns about his extraordinary origins and Coping with his disabilities the secrets surrounding his mother, he must confront the mysteries of his own body, identity, and place within dimensions unlike our own. Filled with imagination, discovery, and wonder, The Hybrid Air in Life invites readers to explore what happens when life crosses the boundaries of what we believe is possible.

Since childhood I have always enjoyed writing. I then had a long career in journalism, including 21 years as a newspaper editor. When I semi-retired I thought I would like to be a little more creative and try my hand at writing books. I have written four novels under my pen name John Pendleton and now a non-fiction book under my own name John Cowpe.

Wider Ownership - A Way Forward for the UK, argues that encouragement of wider ownership, whether that be of homes, shares or community assets, is the positive way forward for the United Kingdom. It makes the case that a fundamental shift towards a truly popular capitalism can help overcome the alienation which many people, especially the young, feel towards our economic system and democracy. The book’s ambition is towards a country where many more people can enjoy a stable family life and good sustainable income. It hopes to help change the often-held view that capitalism inevitably produces an “us and them” society.

B- I've been creating stories my whole life. The first story I told in great detail was when I was four. My mom asked 'what do you want to be when you grow up?' And I wove her an entire story about how I was going to work at McDonald's, marry a school bus driver (I didn't even ride the bus nor go to school), live in an upstairs apartment, and have a horse and a cat (IN my apartment). The first story I wrote was when I was eight about a bunny on a picnic. And wrote my first book when I was thirteen a historical family drama told through diary entries inspired by Dear Mr. Henshaw. I took writing classes in high school. I was the editor for the literary magazine. I took writing classes in college, and wrote my second book in 2007. She never published any of her work because she always felt like her plots were a little too shallow. D tried to write a book many years ago but didn't finish it due to a profound lack of depth to his characters. In 2022, B and D got married and decided to combine their powers, shore up each others weaknesses, and finally become published authors. B brings a deep understanding of human psychology to create rich characters, a (mostly) attention to details, and ability to craft prose learned from years of study and practice. And D brings his analytical brain to develop deep plots and rich magic systems.

We decided to write The False kin Chronicles right after we were married. We were watching True Blood, D for the first time, when he looked at B and said, "Wow, everyone is turning out to be something other than human. What if there was a book where no one was actually human and we just all pretended so well because we think every one else is human." Tada. The #FalseKin Chronicles was born.

I was inspired by books. Each time I read, my imagination went a little further and that's how I got started. Little scribbles of imagination finally turning into short stories and eventually chapters of books and articles too.

My latest book is Love on the Rocks. It's about my favorite femme superhero, ALICE. Love on the Rocks follows the story of Alice who feels left behind while everyone moves forward with their lives. One costly decision at her dead end job is unraveling a scandal that she never anticipated. She has to run for her life while not knowing who to trust. Will she make it out alive?
