My lifelong interest in writing and my almost-as-long interest in wolves merged about eighteen months ago when I read some very poorly written werewolf stories, and decided, as Stephen King once suggested, "I can do better." The publishing bug bit me, and that's how my first book, Blue Crescent Black Moon, was born. I wanted to write a story that people would want to read.
As I searched for some background noise during writing, I discovered mafia romance audiobooks. I wasn't thoroughly pleased with the quality, but knew I would never, ever write a mafia romance. Dominion, my first mafia romance, was born before I could get that sentence fully spoken. Special Order is halfway to being a full novel.
I've always wanted to see my name on a book as an author and I've achieved that with three books so far, and more are being written. I love writing and can't imagine a day without it. I enjoy working with my characters as they fall in love, find their true place in their family, stand together against adversity and find their true happily ever after.

What inspired you to start writing?
I have been writing since I was a very young girl, lying on the floor with my pencil and yellow paper. But it wasn't until a little over a year ago, after reading some very poorly written werewolf romances that I decided that I could do better. And here we are.

Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is Dominion, a mafia romance set in Washington DC. Mallory Sterling is a Senator's daughter who happens to spot Nicolò Basile at a country club. She finds out that he owns Dominion, a popular nightclub that is open for lunch. And he's there every Tuesday. She convinces her best friend they must go to Dominion for lunch every Tuesday, and begins flirting with Nick. They fall in love, but no one approves. Not the Senator, not her brother, and worse, not even Nick. The rest of the story revolves around how they separate then come back together and finally have their happily ever after. If you're tired of mafia romances that have BDSM, spanking or page after page of sex, Dominion is the book for you.
