H. Melvin James
I write literary fiction novels based on my experience, knowledge, and skill. I have traveled and worked throughout the world, in various industries and jobs, from harvesting lemons to industrial plant management.
I have designed and built computers, decoded top-secret foreign messages, managed projects on AF-1, Doomsday Aircraft, and many other strategic and classified aircraft. I can weld steel, drive an 18-wheeler, fly an airplane, and build a hot-rod engine. I can design and build a house, skin and butcher deer, and wire a manufacturing plant for electrical power.
I have college degrees in electrical engineering and business management. I have training, certifications, and qualifications too numerous to list. I can dehorn, brand, and castrate beef cattle, operate bulldozers, and compose bookkeeping ledgers to account for multi-million-dollar government projects. I have managed work forces of several hundreds, including computer applications technical support centers, industrial operations, and engineering departments. I have taught highly complex electronic systems courses for military and civilian specialists and held civic offices, including Chamber of Commerce Director and Town Mayor. In addition to numerous technical and industrial manuals, I have written and published three highly rated literary fiction novels. I am currently writing two new novels. I write from experience and for me, that is a vast field.
